Back to school is a great time of year for parents, but for single parents, there is a burden of extra expenses to prepare for school. This year Terranova Church will be providing backpacks to single parent families in need while supplies last. Buy a backpack at Terranova Church services, Sundays at 9 a.m. or 10:30, for only $5 then fill it with supplies and return by August 1.
One Step Ministry is providing Kohl's cards to single parent participants on August 8 as well. Sign-ups are open now for families in our service area.
